About Us Home "Thai Enduro Tours" is a registered business located in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and under Thai / Austrian management. Being long-time dirt bike enthusiasts - we have the only KX500 in northern Thailand, and are well integrated in the northern Thai dirt bike riding scene - we expanded our company many years ago from a computer programming business to a bonded registered inbound tour operator. As required by Thai law, we are registered with the Tourism Authority of Thailand under the license number 21-0266. The motorcycle touring business in northern Thailand is small and somewhat difficult, because of the problems obtaining spare parts, riding gear and the total lack of sponsors. But as dirt bike enthusiasts we see this more as a challenge than as a problem - just like we regard our tours as good sport and a chance to share our enthusiasm for both dirt biking and the country and people of Thailand. We have our own workshop, our own dirt bikes, 4WD support vehicle and riding gear. We can rely on many Thai friends in the local dirt riding and trials scene to help and join us as support riders. Living and riding here all year round, most of the time with Thai enduro groups, we have the insider's advantage when it comes to knowing the trails, current trail conditions and the local people.
